​As a licensed graduate social worker with 20 years of experience in social service and organizational leadership, Anika is dedicated to serving individuals, communities and organization in and meaningful way, by listening to their concerns, and helping them learn how to master their lives and obstacles on mental, spiritual, relational and emotional levels. Anika is passionate about empowering marginalized communities through an adaptive holistic model of organizational management that integrates counseling principles, ancient spiritual rituals and psychological concepts.
